Reliable assembly starts with clear interfaces. Part orientation, joint details, alignment and the dimensions that matter after welding are reviewed together before the production route is agreed.

Welded components and fabrications

Our component range includes welded brackets, steel supports and multi-pin assemblies. Cut plates, formed sections and machined features can be brought together according to the approved assembly drawing.

Specify material grades, weld symbols, joint details and any required welding procedures or qualifications. Requirements and supplier capability are confirmed for each project.

Assembly fit and functional interfaces

Provide assembly drawings, a bill of materials and component revisions so the complete scope is clear. Identify customer-supplied parts and those included in the quotation.

Alignment, hole positions, mating faces and fastening requirements are reviewed with the application in mind. Critical dimensions should state whether they apply before or after joining and finishing.

Inspection, finishing and delivery

Define visual acceptance criteria, dimensional checks and required weld testing or inspection records in the enquiry. Requirements are agreed in the quotation before production begins.

Coating, masking, identification and packaging are planned for the finished assembly. Share batch quantities, annual demand and delivery requirements to coordinate first-part approval and repeat supply.
